Q 1. How long will it take to execute my order?
a) Regularly the order would be sent within 1-5 working days after payment confirmed.
b) If there is some special request for the order, it may needs some more days to finish production. Please contact salesman for estimated lead time.
KARUN factory will stock different products in warehouse, to help supply fast delivery time.
Q 2. Delivery way?
It can be by Sea, by Air and by Express. We work with DHL, FEDEX, UPS for many years, and will delivery your goods by our DHL, UPS, FEDEX account directly.

Of course we welcome any clients to make your OEM customised products from KAURN . And we have more than 6 years helping our distributors to OEM manufacturing customised products. We are professional to do it.

It is easy to help you to do it. My dear. Just send us your printing files, and our designer will revise your files according to actual size. After all details confirmation with you, then we will go to mass production. Ensure you will get a perfect& cool packaging box.
Q 5. Can I visit you?
Sure, Please kindly let us know your schedule to China. Also it is pleasure for us to pick you up from Airport to hotel, and from hotel to our factory. And will send you back to hotel after visit.
Q 6. Do I need to send the defective products back to you for warranty?
No, you don't need to send it back for warranty. Cut off all wires, and take pictures to us for new replacement.
