FAQ Q1: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we can provide sample to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2: What is the lead time?
A: Sample is 7-15 days, mass order generally 30-45days depends on the order quantity and your specific requirements.
Q3: How to proceed the order if I have logo printing?
A: First, pls provide your Ai file, then Sample picture or sending sample to you for confirmation, finally we will go to mass production.
Q4: Do you have any MOQ?
A: Normal our MOQ is 500pcs or normal product .
Q5:How to ship the goods and make the payment?
A:Regard the mass production,it is ship by sea or by air,depend on final decision.We accept T/T,L,Western Union or Money Gram for bulk order (30% deposit , 70%balance to be paid after inspection) Paypal is available as well for samples.

A: We offer 1year free repair service after shipment if you could ship them to us for all digital product .

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample
cost and the courier cost.
