Q1. Can I have a sample order for light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for light order?
A: Low MOQ, 2pc for sample checking is available
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q5. Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?
A:Yes,if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou, you can let your forwarder ship the products for you. And then you will no need
to pay the freight to us.
Q6. What's the Payment method?
A:50% by TT or By Western Union in advance, 50% balance paid before shipment. We suggest you transfer the full price at one time.
Cause the bank process fee, it would take extra money if you make twice transfer.
Q7. How to place an order?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application,delivery information:receiver name,detailed address with zipcode,phone
number,transportation way ,product information :item number,quantity,logo,etc.
Secondly We quote you according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and arranges deposit for the order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q9. Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 1-3 years warranty to our products.
Q10. How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly,please send us the video or pictures, then we can make sure what is the problem about the product.If it can use parts to
solve,the replacements will be sent to you for free. If not, we will give you discounts in next order including re-discuss
