Q1: Whats the guarantee of your products?
A: Mosaic and tile are durable decoration material, they can last many years if installation is proper.
We take responsibilities of all quality problems, we will refund or supplement on next order. We have strict QC process and safe package to avoid damages during shipping.
Q2: Whats the package of your products?
A: Mosaics and tiles are packed in carton then stacked on wood pallet with shrink film wrapped. We provide standard white or brown neutral carton for most orders. We can also provide custom carton with clients design at cost price.
Q3: Whats the lead time of my order?
A: If the products you ordered are in stock, the lead time is usually 7 days. If the products you ordered are not in stock and we need to have a mass production for them, the lead time will be usually 35 days.
Q4: Can you provide tile adhesive and grout?
A: Yes, we supply a combo of mosaic/tile, adhesive and other installation materials to clients for one-stop purchasing.
Q5: Can I have samples to see quality before ordering?
A: Yes, we can make free samples for your inspection and approval of quality and design before ordering.
Q6: Do you have Instruction of Installation and Maintenance
A: Yes, we have. As a professional supplier of mosaic and tile, we will send Instruction of Installation and Maintenance to clients if they need.
