Q: How about your payment terms and delivery time?
A: We accept the payment as followed:
T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance payment before shipment. D/P, western union etc.
Normally after deposit or payment received, 2-5 days for sample, 25 days for mass production (according to order quantities).
Q: Warranty
A: Our warranty 1 year covers manufacturing and material defects, and does not cover normal wear and tear, damage/failure due to an accident, incidental or consequential damage, or any use of the product that's inconsistent with the operating instructions as laid out in our user manual.
