Gantry Type take-up/Pay-off Rack

The gantry type take-up frame adopts steel plate welded frame, shaftless opening and closing mechanism, no crane is needed for loading and unloading cable reels. The whole machine of the gantry-type wire take-up frame and the cable reel travel on the ground rail to arrange the cables, which realizes the central collection and release of the cables, and the cables do not produce lateral bending deformation. The take-up of the gantry-type take-up rack is driven by a Z4 DC motor or a frequency conversion motor, and is equipped with a four-speed gear transmission; the pay-off is equipped with a friction clutch or a magnetic powder brake, which can meet different process speeds. The cable arrangement of the gantry type take-up rack is controlled by a digital display cable controller or PLC programmable control, which can automatically track the cable according to the input wire diameter and run synchronously with the host.
