Q1. What is your terms of packing
?
A: We generally pack our goods in pearl Wool, plastic retainer shower cap and the plastic bag with protective accessories. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letter.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: Generally T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB , CIF or DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: It will generally take 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. For stock order, it will take 7 days after receiving your advance payment.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples? Can you make our own logos and boxes?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures. Yes we can make custom logo and box for production order.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: We can offer one sample for our customers if they open the mold in our company.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Every wheel is physically tested in compliance with JWL VIA or TUV standard , we do 100% inspection before delivery.
