3 . Main Equipment of the ABS/PLA Filament Extruder :

PLA ABS 3D PRINTER PLASTIC FILAMENT EXTRUDING MACHINE Vacuum Loader and Hopper Dryer
The vacuum loader wil help load the raw material into the hopper dryer,which will help reduce labor. The 200kg ground-based hopper dryer is with heating and blowing drying system which will help fully dry the raw materials.

The whole machine is controlled by on touch screen "SIEMENS"PLC system. The PLC system will automatically control all

other systems according to the data from the roundness laser measuring device. If the roundness tolerance is too big,the system will automatically control the cooling water temperature,extrusion speed and tracting speed. Cooling water temperature is decisive to the roundness tolerance. so we have very pricese temperature control water tanks. and our water temperature is connected to the roundness laser and PLC system,and the PLC system will automatically control the water temperature according to the data from the roundness laser. This machine use X,Y laser roundness laser ,instead of diameter laser measuring device.The roundness lase measuring device is connected to the PLC system, the PLC programm will automatically control other systems,like cooling water temperature,so that the roundness tolerance will good controlled.
The tractor machine uses soft belt , which will ensure that the filament will not change shape and the storage thread  stand is very important for leaving enough time to change the spool. The winder machine use precise winding device which will ensure better winding performance
