40 Feet Asphalt Bitumen Storage Shipping Tank Liquid Tank Container With Insulation
The asphalt tank container structure is a liquid tank fixed on a metal frame. It consists of two parts, the tank and the box frame. When loading, the goods enter by the top loading hole of the tank and when unloading, they flow out by the discharge hole or are sucked out from the top loading hole. The frame is made of rectangular structural steel, which is light in weight and strong in strength, and is suitable for asphalt transit transport by sea, road and rail.
The asphalt transport tank is equipped with a high quality thermal insulation shell and a heat-conducting oil piping system, which allows the asphalt to be heated by hot oil or steam. Optional diesel burner flue heater is available, which can be heated with a burner or other heater.
The asphalt tank containers are suitable for the transport of high temperature liquid asphalt up to 230°C and have a heating and insulation function with a temperature drop of ≤ 1.5°C/hour.
