ECL chemiluminescent reagent is a new generation of chemiluminescent substrate reagent based on Luminol, which is catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to emit fluorescent light, and the results can be shown by X-ray film compression and other developmental techniques or detected by using Luminometer. Solution A consists of Luminol and a special luminescence enhancer. Solution B is composed of H2O2 and a special stabilizer.
