Head Mounted Thermocouple B type Temperature Transmitter Module TW-02 (SBWR) is a 4~20mA and 2-wire DC output special module for thermocouple (K, S, E, B, etc) temperature transmitters. It can either be integrated into the temperature transmitter in combination, or installed alone for independent use. Adopting imported original components with SMT assembly, the module is featured by stable and reliable performance, small size and easy installation.
The module belongs to the intrinsically safe explosion proof type and provides very high protection level. It comes with cold junction compensation, reverse polarity protection and sensor open alarm functions. When the sensor is in a completely open circuit (not connected), the output current is less than 3.6mA; in use if the negative line of the sensor is off, the output current is less than 3.6mA; When the positive line of the sensor is off, the module will switch to the protective output, where the maximum current is less than 25 ± 2mA.

Temperature transmitters are widely used in p etroleum, chemical industry, chemical fiber; textiles, rubber, building materials; electric power, metallurgy, medicine; industrial fields such as on-site food temperature process control; especially suitable for computer control systems.
