8. How is your company's quality control?
We have invested in both the training of our dedicated employee's, coupled with the industry standard quality management system ISO 9001. All the product must strictly pass the aging testing before leaving factory.

1.Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide by air, by sea, and by express if your ordered.
2. Where you ship goods from ?
Normally we ship the goods from Shenzhen, China, and we can arrange accordingly if you require other port of China.
3.What is the shipping cost ?
Since our products are awkward cargo, the Shipping Cost will be provided after confirmed this information to us: model, quantity, transportation way, and destination port.
4. What is the leadtime ?
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
---Processing time:
Order verification, production, aging testing, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the production department for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please confirm with the sales specialist accordingly.
---Shipping time:
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Please confirm with the sales specialist accordingly.
5. How do I track my package?
The sales specialist will keep you updated with tracking number after goods delivered.

1.What payment terms you can accept?
* We can accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal, L/C.
* Payment term(standard): 50% T/T in advance, balance 50% T/T before shipment.
