Infrared Pyrometer for Continuous Casting , industrial temperature measurement instrument

IT-8 Infrared Pyromters provides the advantages of infrared temperature measurement in a powerful, compact, integrated sensor. It measures target temperatures ranging from 200℃ to 3000℃ with four models. The unit's onboard electronics are protected by an aluminium housing, allowing the sensor to function in ambient temperatures to 60℃ without cooling.

LED display provides a convenient on-line indicator of the thermometer's operating status. The sensor features coaxial laser sighting. The optical resolution is 300:1 and the smallest spot size is 2mm. Standard features include adjustable emissivity which is 0.10 to 1.00 in 0.01 increments.

IT-8 infrared thermometer can be equipped with a compact, value-priced monitor that configures the functions via the front panel. It also includes optional bidirectional RS485 serial communications between the thermometer on the factory floor and a personal computer in the control room. This enables remote setup, monitoring and maintenance, especially valuable for installation in hard-to-reach locations.
