Preparation:
Accessories:
3-way valve, 0.1Mpa pressure gauge (connected to rubber balloons)
‚Powdered laundry soap as releasing agent (Water: soap powder = 20:1)
ƒEvenly coated releasing agent on surface of balloons (At least 3 times)
In Molding
Penetration of bottom of concrete reinforcement cage by rope, put inflatable mouth outside.
Inflate the gas
Open the 3-way value to inflate the gas, detect and control the pressure by pressure gauge during inflating gas.
‚When the pressure up to the usage pressure (Usage pressure coding showed up on balloon surface), turn off intake valve.
ƒ No overpressure! (The Max. inflation pressure not more than 0.02Mpa)
Fixed and pouring concrete
The rubber balloons float during jolt ramming, it should be fixed in up, down, left, right directions.
‚The method of pouring concrete is basically same as solid members’, pay attention to High frequency inserted or vibrating simultaneously from both sides in case of rubber balloons make movement, vibrator head position is best not to touch rubber balloons.
Unload the molding
When the initial setting of concrete, open the bleed valve, and can pull out the rubber balloon, unloading mold time are depends on concrete type.
To keep clean, rubber balloons should be cleaned by brush (Nylon brush) using water to remove the concrete dust on surface after unloading mold.
‚Protect rubber balloons from sharp hard things on construction sites.
ƒ Put the rubber balloons in ventilated and dry environment, protect from oil, acids, alkalis after using
