1.Product Introduction
The FY-03 series photovoltaic pile driver is a fully hydraulic pile driver, which uses a high torque five star swing cylinder motor to drive the drill bit to drill into holes underground. It is a spiral pile driver designed specifically for the construction of photovoltaic pile foundations. This machine is mainly composed of diesel engine direct connection hydraulic system, drilling frame, crawler walking chassis and other components, and is equipped with a large number of accessories such as hydraulic pressurization device, left and right swing arm device, drilling frame compensation device, hydraulic oil cooling device, etc. The whole machine has a compact structure, reasonable design, fast drilling speed, good drilling effect, convenient positioning, strong mobility, and is particularly suitable for the pile foundation construction of large ground grid connected photovoltaic power stations.
1.1 Main Features
u Crawler walking: small turning radius, flexible maneuverability, strong traction, and strong off-road passability.
u Fast point finding speed: The connection structure between the vehicle body and the drilling frame is compact and has little shaking, resulting in fast point finding speed.
u Hydraulic pressurization: Increase the hydraulic motor chain pressurization, resulting in high drilling pressure and efficiency.
u Drill frame compensation: The drill frame can be vertically placed to provide greater support, ensuring smooth drilling.
u Left and right swing arms: The drilling frame is hydraulically swung left and right, forming holes vertically.
