There are many kinds of hydraulic oil, different classification methods, for a long time, it is customary to use the classification, but also according to the type of oil, chemical composition or flammability classification. These classification methods only reflect the income of oil products, but lack of systematicness, and it is difficult to understand the mutual relationship and development of oil products.
National standard classification：
In the GB/ T7631.2-2003 classification of HH, HL, HM, HR, HG, HV, HS hydraulic oil are mineral oil type hydraulic oil, there are many varieties of this kind of oil, the use of about 85% of the total hydraulic oil, automotive and construction machinery hydraulic system commonly used hydraulic oil also belong to this type.
1. HH type
HH hydraulic oil is a mineral oil without any additives. Although this oil has been classified, it is not used in hydraulic systems. Because this oil has poor stability and is easy to foam, its service life is short in hydraulic equipment.
2. HL type
Specifications:
HL hydraulic oil is made of neutral base oil with high refining depth, adding antioxidant and anti-rust additives. HL hydraulic oil according to 40℃ kinematic viscosity can be divided into 15, 22, 32, 46, 68, 100 six grades.
Use: HL hydraulic oil is mainly used for lubrication of bearing box, low pressure circulation system or similar mechanical equipment circulation system of various machine tools with no special requirements for lubricating oil and ambient temperature above O℃. Its use time can be more than twice as long as the mechanical oil. The product has good rubber sealing adaptability, and its maximum use temperature is 80℃.
