1. Multiend roving for SMC:

SMC roving is compatible with unsaturated polyester resin and vinyl ester resion.It is mainly used for automobile parts,electrical appliance,tank crust,combined-type water tank plates and sports instruments,etc.

2.E-glass Spray up roving, Multiend roving for spray up/centrifugal casting:

Spray up roving is compatible with unsaturated polyester resin,vinyl ester resin and epoxy resin,it is used for spray up and centrifugal casting,etc.,mainly used for producing GRP ships,sanitary ware,storage tanks and Hobas pipes,etc.

Application

1.SMC roving is compatible with unsaturated polyester resin and vinyl ester resin.

2.It is mainly used for automotive exterior body panels with Class A surfae,recreational vehicle housings,autometive and recreational semistructural applications,water-tank panels and business equipment.

Packing Style

Each bobbin is 18 +-1kgs and wrapped by a PVC shrink bag.If required,each bobbin could be packed into a suitable cardboard box.Each pallet contains 3 or 4 layers,and each layer contains 16 bobbins(4*4).The bobbins in the pallet could be singly piled or be connected as start to end by air spliced or by manual knots.The whole pallets of bobbins are wrapped with cardboard boxes,packed on the pallet with packing straps and shrink film or with multi-layers of shrink film only.
