Products Applications

1. Doors & windows installation: Gap filling, sealing, bonding and fixing between doors, windows and walls.

Installation Instructions

Step 1. Shake can evenly for one minute before use.

Step 2. Clean and wet the surface.

Step 3. Turn the bottle upside down to connect spray gun, and turn on the flow valve and adjust.

Step 4. Use from the bottom up, spray amount is required to fill the volume of 1/2.

Step 5. After ten minutes, the foam starts to cure, and after one hour, the next step can be carried out.

Step 6. Use a knife to smooth cured foam and treat surface with cement, paint and so on.

Products Instructions

The applicable temperature of can is +5℃~+35℃

The optimal using temperature is +18℃~+25℃

The range of temperature of the cured foam is -30℃~+80℃

Clean the surface of the substrate and spray a little water on the surface

After using foam spray gun, clean it immediately with foam cleaner

CAUTIONS

*Uncured foam is sticky to the skin and clothes, do not touch the skin and clothes when using.

*There is a pressure of 5~6kg/cm2(25℃) in the can, so the temperature should not exceed 60℃ during storage and transportation.

*Avoid direct sunlight.

*Keep away from open flames and avoid contact with inflammable and explosive items.

*The construction site should keep well-ventilated, the construction personnel should wear work gloves, work clothes and goggles during using PU foam.
