1. Cutting Structure of this type sealed and non-sealed tci tricone bits
Tungsten carbide insert tricone bit : tungsten carbide alloy steel
Steel tooth tricone bit : Enhancing the wear-resistance of cutting tooth by welding new type of wear resistant material on the tooth surface of steel tooth bit. Reinforcing the comprehensive mechanical properties of cutting tooth by using high quality tungsten carbide inserts of new formula and new techniques of insert bit.

Gauge Structure
The multiple heel position with gauge trimmer on the heel, tungsten carbide and hardfacing on the shirttail, strengthened spear point will enhance the gauge protection.

1)Rubber sealed Bearing Structure
High precision journal bearing with two thrust faces. Ball locked cone. Hardfaced head bearing surface. Cone bearing inlaid with friction reducing alloy and then silver-plated. Abrasion resistance and seizure resistance of the bearing are improved.
Seal and Lubrication
The bearing seal is adapting the high quality HNBR O-ring. The best seal compression and the radial seal structure can enhance the seal performance. The compensation system and the high quality bit grease can limit pressure differential, and greatly increase the lubricating reliability.
2)Metal Sealed Bearing Bit
Bearing Structure
High precision journal bearing with two thrust faces. Ball locked cone. Hardfaced head bearing surface. Cone bearing inlaid with friction reducing alloy and then silver-plated. Abrasion resistance and seizure resistance of the bearing are improved, and suitable for high rotary speed.
Seal and Lubrication
The advanced metal seal package is composed by two metal seals and two elastic rubber energiners. The energizer and back-up ring will support the pushing force to make the two metal faces tightly contact. In the drilling, the metal seals are relevant moving, and the energizers are static. This will increase the bearing seal reliability and durability. The compensation system and the high quality bit grease can limit pressure differential, and greatly increase the lubricating reliability.
3)Air type bearing Bit
Air cooling roller bearing package.Balls lock the cone,which reduces the probability of cone-dropping to minimum.
Re-Tip Steel Tooth Tricone Drill Bits
Re-tip steel tooth tricone bits are gently used bits that usually come from the oil fields. They are refurbished for use in non-oilfield rotary applications, such as water wells, HDD, and construction type drilling. These bits offer significant cost savings over new bits.
