A: Yes, sample order is available for quality check and market test. But you jave to pay the sample cost and express cost.
Q: Do you receive customized order?
A: Yes, ODM & OEM are welcomed.

A: According to the order quantity, small order usually need 3-5 days, big order need negotiation.
Q: What's your payment terms?
A: We receive Escrow, T/T, West Union, Cash and etc.

A: At the client’s request, CY-MACH can provide installation Technicians to supervise and assist in the assembly and commissioning of the equipment.

A: The warranty period for all of CY-MACH’s structural and mechanical equipment is one year. The warranty period for all electric motors is half one year. Wear parts are not covered by warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.
