Why do you need a Battery Balancing System
In fact,the individual cells in a battery pack are rarely an exact duplicate of all the cells in the battery pack.Because of the inconsistency between individual cells, there will be differences in performance between individual cells or single strings of cells, such as voltage differences.
In actual use, when a pack of batteries reaches a specified charge cutoff voltage then the charger will shut off. If one cell in a pack reaches that voltage before other cells reach a full charge it will cause the charger to shut off.As a result, the remaining cells in the battery pack cannot be fully charged.
Conversely when the weakest cell in a pack reaches its discharge cutoff voltage it will show as the discharge point and shut down the pack prematurely.thereby the user unable to balance the energy stored by other cells.
Our battery balancing system can help you solve it. If your battery pack already uses a BMS, you only need to connect our active balancing module as show below and it can work together with the original BMS.

Installation Instructions
Before connecting the balancing module to your battery, please read the product manual carefully and remember the following steps.
Sequence of battery connection for active balance module:
1.Please Remember!! Do not insert active balance module when welding sampling line.
2.Start from the thin black wire connecting the first string of negative battery B-,connect the second wire (red line) to the first string of positive battery,then con-nect the positive and negative terminals of each strings of batteries in turn, untilthe last string of total positive terminal B+.
3.After the wiring is connected, the plug should not be directly inserted into the active balance module. Use a multi-meter to measure the voltage between each twoadjacent metal terminals through the back of the cord plug, or use a cord detectorto measure the voltage directly. If it is Li-ion battery voltage should be between3.0~4.15V, LiFepo4 battery should be between 2.5~3.6V, lithium titanate batteryshould be between 1.8~2.8V, ensure that the voltage is correct before the nextoperation.
4.Insert the line into the active equalizer （balance module).
