COLO-S-1517 Manual Powder Spray Booth

This powder booth provides a bright and clean environment for spraying process. Space-saving manual powder booth features easy and economical for powder application of small and medium-sized workpieces.
1. High-precision filters effectively separate powders from airflow and ensures only particle-free air discharged to workshop.
2. Powder-coated steel constructed booth is corrosion resistant for longer service life. Filter cleaning is acted by pulse-jetting system, which extend filter life and increase powder recovery rate.
3. A removable powder hopper at booth bottom simplifies the utilization of recovery powders.
4. A user-friendly PLC panel integrates all functions, such turning on / off fans, setting pulse-jetting time and interval, light on/off, emergency stop etc.

COLO-1864 Electric Powder Coating Oven

This basic size powder coating oven heated by electricity features user-friendly and environmetal protective. A circulation fan cycles hot air uniformly and ensures quality curing effect. Constructed by 100mm thick rockwool insulation board, heating preservation is well achieved.
Powder Coating Oven Features
1. PLC panel allows to set the required temperature and heating time accurately, and includes fan starting, alarm lights and emergency stop buttons.

2. Oven bottom built with pieces of electric heating tubes with great thermal conductivity to create hot air, and the fan cycles the heat through the oven enclosure evenly.

3. Built with loading frames and trolley that could easily handle batch workpieces in and out of the oven.
