Refrigerant Freon Air Compressor
①Compressor
The capacity should be determined according to the total mechanical load of each evaporation temperature system multiplied by the operating time coefficient. Except for special requirements, generally no equipment is used.
②Choose piston reciprocating Freon compressor
When the compression ratio is greater than 10, a two-stage compressor should be used; if it is less than or equal to 10, a single-stage compressor should be used. The Freon two-stage compression system should generally adopt the one-stage throttling intermediate incomplete cooling method.
③ Generally, some coolers, oil separators, condensers, liquid receivers and other equipment in the cold storage should be compatible with the refrigeration capacity of the Freon refrigeration compressor.
④ The working conditions of Freon refrigeration compressors should not exceed the limited working conditions stipulated by cold storage enterprises.
⑤ In the Freon refrigeration system, the heat recovery cycle should generally be adopted.
