Product overview
Tire wire drawing machine can cut all kinds of waste tires, rubber blocks and rubber strip at will. Suitable for cutting various rubber materials, suchs oblique rubber tires, steel wire tires, rubber strip, etc.The tire wire drawing machine can handle 70-100 waste tires in one hour, and the treated waste tires can be shredded directly in the shredder. The tire wire drawing machine directly separates the steel wire inside the tire, which largely protects the blade of the shredder and effectively improves the working efficiency.

working process
The hydraulic system and the oil cylinder are driven by the motor, and the hook is connected to the cylinder rod. The movement of the oil pump and the cylinder causes the hook to make a reciprocating motion. Place the tire on the pull tab, and pull the hook out of the pull to hook the wire on the inner ring of the tire and start the button. Due to the strong pulling force of the oil cylinder, the steel wire is pulled out as a whole, and the side portion of the tire causes the rubber to tear due to the action of the pulling mouth, thereby achieving the purpose of separating the steel wire.
