Brief Introduction:
1. This fruit and vegetables washing machine is with circulating water pump and filtered water tank, so as to realize cycle use of cleaning water, saving water. Please change the water based on the actual cleaning situation.
2.The bubble washing machine is equipped with a spray system(optional), so as to spraying the vegetables in the
process of conveying to the next process, reduce second pollution.
Features:
1. Use of three cleaning combinations, i.e. air bubble, cycle surfing, high pressure spray, to ensure that vegetables or fruits get a full range of thorough cleansing.
2. Discharge action is enhanced by the convey hoist on which high pressure spray washes vegetables again.
3. Flow adjustment valve next to the machine keeps control of the vegetables forward speed, so that it's easy to operate.
4. The conveyor belt is made of imported PP mesh, which meets the standard of food-grade. It's also easy to clean.
Application:
The vegetable washing machine industry is applied for factories, hotels, restaurants and farms to wash all kinds of vegetables and fruits thoroughly. Include: vegetables, fruits, seafood, and granular, leafy, rhizome products cleaning, soaking, disinfection and fixing and so on. Such as:
