BLPS laser safety guard for press brake/bending machine type 4 cat 4 with CE certificate CNC press brake laser beam guard

BLPS is design strictly as EU TUV standard requirement, 3 detection laser beams with each beam provides double OSSD output. LEDs display beam status for easy inspection and calibration.

Characteristics:

1. Double independent OSSDs output for each beam

2. Divergence angle is amall, to avoid reflective interference

3. Beams are in front and center of bending machine punch, applying for bending machine features

4. Higher detection range for various bending machines, up to 20m

5. Mounting bracket with 5 degree of freedom, can be adjusted to facilitate the beam position

6. Providing comprehensive protection for the operator in place of very close to the workpiece, allows high-speed mold, improve      production efficiency.

BLPS system consist of 1 emitter, 1 receiver, installation frame(mounting bracket) and connection cables. Shown in following pictures:

Additional Equipment:

For some Press brake machine that does not has PLC programmable capability, we have designed BLPS controller to work with the Sensors, The controller takes press brake speed signal to control the ON and OFF state of sensors.
