The structure of the machine
The dehydrator is rubber shock-proof, which can avoid anchor vibration during operation due to unbalanced load in the rotating barrel.
The shell is made of stainless steel plate, the chassis material is cast iron, the outlet pipe is on the side of the barrel, and the bottom foot seat and column foot material are cast iron.
The main shaft is made of high quality steel, equipped with two bearings, and the lower end is made of thrust ball bearing support Hold to reduce wear and save power.
The dehydrator adopts a time controller to control the working time, which can be freely set according to the dehydration time of raw materials.
Operation method
1. Load the dehydrated items evenly and evenly into the bucket, pay attention to balance, and do not overload.
2. When working, start the motor, the machine reaches the normal rotation speed, and the outlet pipe starts to drain water.

2. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
3.The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try them best to save your container quantity.
