The working part of the jaw crusher is two jaw plates. One is the fixed jaw plate, which is vertically fixed on the front wall of the machine body. The other is the movable jaw plate, which is tilted and forms a crushing cavity with a larger upper and lower jaw with the fixed jaw. The movable jaw plate makes periodic reciprocating motion against the fixed jaw plate, sometimes moving apart and sometimes approaching. When separated, the material enters the crushing chamber and the finished product is discharged from the lower part; when approached, the material between the two jaw plates is squeezed, bent and split to be crushed.
