What is Naphthalene S uperplasticizer?

Naphthalene Superplasticizer has strong adaptability to cement low content. Features of Superplasticizer Admixtures

1) Naphthalene Superplasticizer has obvious water-reducing and dispersion effects, with a water-reducing rate of 15% and 25%, which can improve the fluidity of cement paste under the condition of low water-cement ratio.
2 ) Superplasticization can effectively increase the fluidity of concrete and reduce bleeding and segregation, thus improving the workability of concrete, easy construction and easy compaction.
3 ) The enhancement effect is good
Under the condition of the same amount of cementitious material per unit, the 1D, 3D, 7d, 28d and 90d compressive strength of concrete mixed with superplasticizer can generally increase by 60%, 50%, 40% and 41% compared with the standard concrete in the same period.
4) The product has strong adaptability
The product is suitable for various specifications and types of cement and is compatible with admixtures such as expansive agents, air entraining agents and active admixtures such as fly ash. It has good adaptability, functions complement and excite each other, and can improve concrete's main physical and mechanical properties in an all-around way. Usage and points for attention:
1 ) Dosage: the range of content of this product is powder 0.3% mi 1.5%, commonly used content is 0.5-1.0%.

2)Mixing method: easy to use. Solid products can be used directly and dissolved in water to form a solution-type admixture to meet the requirements of various occasions or mixers.
For some construction processes with special requirements, such as long-distance transportation or transportation, it can also be added 15-20 seconds behind the mixing water in the mixing process, making the effect of the admixture more significant.
3)Accurate measurement and appropriate extension of mixing time, especially powder products, to ensure that admixtures are uniformly dispersed in concrete.
4)Strengthen maintenance. Concrete should be covered and watered immediately after the final setting.
Preface covering should be taken in winter construction to prevent surface frost damage.
According to the specification, the secondary coating should be carried out in time for large-flow concrete.

Packaging and storage:
1 ) Packing of this product: the powder is packed in woven bags lined with plastic film, with a net weight of 40kg each.
If special specification packaging is required, it can be customized.
2) The powder should be stored in the storehouse and be moistureproof, but the accumulation caused by moisture does not affect the effect of use and can be crushed or prepared into an aqueous solution before use.

Under normal conditions, the shelf life of powder is three years, and that of aqueous agent is one year. Physical tests should be carried out again beyond the shelf life.
