Q. Can you refund the sample shipping freight to us?

Yes, we will refund it when you make the second order with us.

Q: Can you produce any color as we need? How do you guarantee the color is correct? Yes, we can. You can send us the color reference or post the sample to us, we suggest the sample if you need exact color as there is some aberration from pictures. And we will make color sample before bulk production

Q: Can you make my designs?
Yes, OEM/ODM is welcome, please feel free to send us pictures. If necessary, we can keep your design be protected under law.

Q: Can I add my logo on the product? Yes, we can add your logo on the product.

Q: Can I get discounts?
Yes, for large order, old customer and frequent customers, we give reasonable discounts.

Q: How about the leading time?

For regular products, normally we have semi-finished products, about 5-7days we can finish production and packing.

If special OEM color or new design flowers, we need about 15-30days after final samples confirmed.

Q: How can we know the bulk quality before we pay the balance? We will make a detailed Internal Inspection Report, you will see all the bulk details, and then wire the balance.

Or Third party inspection will acceptable as well.

9.What's the delivery method? We support FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, EMS, DDP, air shipment or by sea.
