Q1： How to get samples?
Send inquiries to contact us to request the samples.
Q2: Is the sample charged?
The stock samplese are free, if you need the customize samples, we will quote you a sample price according to your custom requirements.
Q3: How long does the sample ship?
After placing the sample order, we will produce samples for your confirmation. The samples will be sent with in 7 days. After confirming the bulk order, the sample fee will be refunded.
Q4: What information should i let you know if i want to get a quotation?
-Size of the packaging ( Length x Width x Hight)
-Material and surface process (We could advise if you're not sure)
-Printing Colors
-Quantities
-Design draft (If possible, please provide with pictures or design sketch to us for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference. Will provide sample template and professional design service for you. )
Q5: What formats of file are available for printing?
File type : PDF, CDR, AI, PSD, EPS. （Not a picture）
Bleed Size : 3-5mm.
Resolution : 300 + dpi. The clearer, the better.
Q6: What shipping method can I choose? How about the shipping time?
By Express: 3-5 working days to your door (DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx...)
By Air: 5-8 working days to your airport.
By Sea: Please advise your port of destination, the exact days will be confirmed by our forwarders.
