The manure dewatering machine uses the pump to pull the fowl manure, cow dung, etc. into dewater equipment , the material through the screen and then press by the screw , the rotary speed of the machine can reach 45r/min , within the press of the screen and high rotary speed , the material will be dewatered by the machine , and the water will enter into the pool through screen.
It could be used to reduce the water content of sawdust, animal dung, acid-sludge, medicine dregs, kitchen rubbish, and many other dregs.
Features of cow dung organic poultry manure fertilizer processing machine
1. When the manure dewatering machine is working, the dung slurry pump will pump the animal manure into the main body of the cow manure dewater machine.
2. If the raw material is solid, when its moisture if more than 60-90%, the machine could lower the moisture to around 50%.
3. If the raw material is liquid, the solid content in the raw material can be 30-40%, and the moisture of final product is about 40-50%, you can’ t press out any water by hands. After processing with this machine, the final product could be used as raw material of organic fertilizer or biomass briquette.
4. The dewatered water from the liquid discharge pipe into the water discharge pool.
