1. Q. Are you a manufacterur or trading company?
A. We have our own factory, trading company and 02 Showroom in Viet Nam.
2. Q. How to place an order?
A: You can choose some items you like online, or you can write down the item/code number, with quantities you want, contact our customer service to make order.
3. Q. Do you accept OEM service?
A: OEM order is warmly welcomed and we have lots of successful experiences (22 years) in doing OEM projects. What`s more, we have design team who can give you the professional suggestions about product.
4. Q. How long to prepare an order?
A: We have a lot of products on sale, if your order are all in stock, then can prepare within 1-2 day. if no stock, and you want, please contact our customer service to further discuss.
5. Q. Can I order some samples to test?
A: Of course, you can order some samples to check our quality (including a sample), but we have to charge the sample fee.
6. Q. Why did you choose us?

7. Q. Can I get a discount?
A. Yes. For large orders and frequent customers, we will give a reasonable discount.
8. Q: How to pay?

9. Q: Is there any guaranty on bulk order?
A. If you think the bulk order quality is different from samples, please provide the certificate from independent third-party testing agency. If it's true, we will refund you payment and donate that order.
