STEP I
Soil composition analysts
1.Check soil type.
2.Check plasticity index.
3.Check PH and conduct Proctor tests.

STEP II
ROAD SURFACE TREATMENT

Use Ripper or tractor to open up surface soil.
STEP III
Road base soil treatment

Use motor grader or tractor with plowing discs attachments to open up, mix and fold road base soil until a consistent mixture of
soil is achieved.

CASE STUDY:

Example of soil stabilized road test:
Depth: 150mm
Material: Dry Sand and 5-10mm gravel
Soil Stabilizing Dosage rate: 0.6 ltrs plus 4.8 ltrs water per sq mtr.
Total Liquid: 36 ltrs per cub mtr.
Top seal: 0.25 ltrs plus 0.75 ltrs water per sq mtr.
If needed, other materials can be added to reinforce the solidity.

Equipment specifications would include:

The normal applications method is:
a) scarify the soils first
b)Remove large stones
c)spray acrylic polymer
d)mix it with soil
e)compact
f)apply final coat.

Storage and transportation:
This chemical should be stored in a ventilated and dry room, avoiding direct sunlight. Otherwise it will easily cause the emulsion to form surface film.
Transport and store at 5 o C-35 o C environment.
Shelf life is 1 year from the date of first use.
Safety notice:
The water based polymer emulsion is non-toxic and non-flammable. If it splashes into eyes, it should be washed with plenty of water immediately then go to hospital.
