Q: Are you a trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are a trading company that specialized in cutting tools. We trade all major cutting tooling! We have professional sales team as well as strong connection with different makers!
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 3-5 days but if stock is not in China, we will check every time. Usually 3 weeks.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the TOTIME sample(carbide insert, CBN insert, taps, end mills)for testing, but shipping fee is to be paid by customer as a company policy!
