Model: VS60S
The machine can easily cut the 6 cylinder head and light truck head, however, it is very suitable for boring the motorcycle cylinder head, also small & medium size yatch. The optimal structure of machine bed can reduce the vibration sharply without chatter mark and the perfect concentricity can ensure good surface finish.
2. High-accuracy carbide centering pilots and super light workhead gives perfect centering in the valve guide and the good concentricity.
3. Lightweight workhead: built-in servo motor and triple air-float automatic centering system. Minimal workhead inertia and maximal floatation for unmatched centering sensitivity.
4. Fully integrated spindle motor: Infinitely variable speed 100 – 1000 rpm, with sensor less Vector Flux Control in open loop. Extremely broad torque ratings from lowest RPM with constant torque spindle rotation. Digital RPM read-out for accurate speed setting.
