Products Description
The frozen meat dicing machine is a commercial use Cube cutter. It can cut -3-0 Degrees
Celsius frozen meat into 3-116mm cubes in one time. Its capacity can be 300-500kg/h and 500-700kg/h with food grade SUS304 stainless steel.Widely used for frozen meat,fresh meat,cooked meat and poultry meat without bones, tofu, fruit, vegetables into meat cubes,slices,shreds and strips.
Working principle: when the cutting machine is in operation, the material pushing dial
drives the object being cut to rotate at a high speed. By using the centrifugal force of the object, the object will be cut into pieces with the help of a slicing knife (vertical knife), and then the material will be cut into strips through the disc cutting knife, and then the material will be cut into the transverse cutting edge, which will be cut into the required cube or cuboid.
Main features of the frozen meat cutting machine:
1) adjusting the cutting knob of thickness, stepless speed regulation can be carried out on the push rod to meet the requirements
of different cutting thicknesses.
2) pre-pressure design is adopted to ensure the uniform shape of meat cubes in the cutting process.
3) when cutting with a single edge, the meat putter moves step by step to ensure the correct cutting size.
4) this machine can adapt to 5 ℃ to room temperature solid materials such as normal cutting meat.
