A: Yes! You can cut, nail, drill, screw and roll with standard woodworking tools. CZE WPC is denser than wood.
Q2: How many years is the WPC warranty provided by CZE?
A: The warranty period of the premium wood co-extrusion floor is 20 years for residential and 10 years for commercial.
For our traditional floors, 10 years for residential and 5 years for commercial.
For premium wood co-extrusion; wall cladding, it is 15 years.
Q3: Compared with wood, what are the advantages of WPC products?
A: WPC integrated wall panel products are environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable. WPC products are UV-resistant, waterproof, moisture-proof, moth-proof, mildew-proof and fire-proof. WPC products have no maintenance cost and do not require special maintenance such as painting.
Q4: What is the production lead time?
A: The production lead time for 20ft containers is 20-25 days. Production lead times are based on order quantities and our current production schedule.
Q5: Will the WPC wall panel fade?
A: All WPC products will fade a little in the sun and wind and rain. Anti-UV additives are added to reduce fading and are ideal for outdoor applications. For the first 3 months, the color may fade slightly, by about 5% to 10%, which will not affect the overall effect. After that, the color will remain stable throughout the life of the product.
Q6: How to store WPC wall panel products?
A: WPC integrated wallboard is much heavier than the same volume of wood. Long-term storage should be placed on a flat floor to prevent warping. We usually recommend customers to use galvanized steel pallets for WPC packaging.
