Product Description Compact Substations
We offer various types of substations that meet the standards of GB17467-1998 for high and low voltage prefabricated substations and IEC1330. As a novel power supply and distribution device, it boasts several advantages over conventional civil substations.
Its compact size, minimal ground footprint , and elongated structure facilitate easy relocation, significantly reducing
infrastructure cycle and ground occupation costs. The box-type substation also excels in on-site installation simplicity, rapid power supply, straightforward equipment maintenance, and eliminates the need for dedicated personnel on duty. Notably, it can be strategically placed at the load center, crucial for enhancing power supply quality, minimizing power loss, and bolstering distribution network reliability.

Our substation comprises a high-voltage switch, low-voltage distribution panel, distribution transformer, and enclosure. The high voltage component features an air load switch, while the transformer can be either dry-type or oil-immersed. The enclosure adopts an efficient heat insulation and ventilation structure, presenting an aesthetically pleasing appearance with commendable heat insulation performance. Ventilation ducts at the upper and lower sections of the box mitigate temperature rise in both the transformer room and the high and low voltage compartments. The box incorporates a temperature-controlled forced ventilation device and solar temperature automatic control apparatus. Each independent unit comes equipped with a comprehensive control, protection, live indication, and lighting system.
