Can you please follow these exact steps WITHOUT taking into account the sound beeps:
1) Keep the "code reset" button pressed for 7 or 8 seconds (don't matter if you hear a sound or not)
2) Press first the "8" key and then WHILE keeping the 8 key pressed also press the "LOCK" key. NOTE: DO NOT press both at the same
time. You should press first the "8" and then WHILE keeping the 8 key pressed also press the "LOCK".
3) Press 1234 + LOCK
4) Press your new code + LOCK
5) Press again your new code + LOCK
Try to make these steps without big pauses between them.
