We can provide the samples requested. You need to pay the fee of sample and delivery cost .

Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our  MOQ .

5) What is the normal lead time?

A. For stock products, we will send goods to you within  5-8  work days after we receive your payment. B. For  OEM  products, the delivery time is  30-35  work days .

6) How long is the least time of the samples?

A.For existing samples, it takes  2-3  days. B.If  want  design logo, it takes  5-7  days

7) What is your shipping way?

A.We choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements. By sea, air or express.

8) How do you control the quality?

A.We will make samples before mass production, and mass production will be arranged after samples approved.

B. Doing  100%  inspection during production, then do random inspection before packing.

9) If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

A.If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton.

B.All the claims must be presented within  7  working days after discharging the containe.

10) What is your payment term?

T/T, PayPal are accepted. For bulk production:  30%  deposit pay before mass production, and  70%  pay before shipment.
