Q. Can I ask for a sample before place an order?
A: Yes, samples are available if necessary. Yet for consideration of saving postage, we also provide detailed pictures and other documents you require to smooth your concern as an alternative solution.
Q. If I order a small quantity, will you treat me seriously?
A: Yes, of course. The minute you contact us, you become our precious penitential customer. It doesn't matter how small or how large your quantity is, we are looking forward to cooperating with you and hopefully we would grow together in the future.
Q. Can I pay a visit to your factory?
A: Yes. You are welcomed to visit our factory at any chance. Besides showing you around our factory, we can also help you with booking hotel, picking up at the airport, etc.
Q: Why we ask you to provide detail information?
A: Because your detailed requirements would help us to act fast and accurately to your inquiry, to start your job and mine efficiently.
Q: How much will the shipping charges be?
A: It depends on the size of your shipment and the method of shipping. We would feel grateful if you could spare us some time to give us the detailed information such as the codes and quantity, your favorable method of shipping, (by air or by sea,) and your designated port or airport, since it will helpful for us to evaluate the cost based on the information provided.
Q: How would you control the quality?
A: To confirm the order, we will check with you of the product detailed specification, such as product size, material,
leather/fabric color, according to the sample confirmed, and make sure it acts strictly the same to the mass production. When come into production, we will trade every process by QC inspectors. And we will also take photos of every process to you to update your information. When production finished, you can designate inspectors or third part to check the goods, we will do our best to cooperate with them and solve problems when occurred.
Q: Why don't provide your test certification for each product?
A: It's unrealistic for us to take every product to test. We can only provide test reports for most of the spare parts, such as,
leather, base, caster, gas lift. That means the quality of our spare parts can pass that testing rules, meet the requirements of the certificate needs. So if you need some specified test certificate, we can arrange for you and paid by your side.
