Product Feature
KVH5000 heater uses two air holes to concentratedly release hot air.
KVH5000 is 400,000Btu, 120kw. Many of our clients use this model for poultry farm heating.
Integrate-
1.We have installed everything for the KVH5000 heater, such as air
compressor, 100L oil heating & storage tank, deodorant box, and the whole filter system.
You only need to connect with external power (220volt/110volt); KVH5000 will work all by itself.
Convenience-
1.KVH5000 heater can run on all kinds of liquid oil/waste oil with or without impurities, such as waste car oil, soybean oil, diesel oil, etc.
2.KVH5000 has four wheels and brakes; one person is easy to push around.
3. Two pieces of air ducts come with the heater. So, it can use for distance heat transfer.
Efficiency-
1.The heater releases warm air within four minutes.
2.The alarm sound comes at once if a malfunction happens.
Safe-
1.KVH5000's combustion chamber is 100% sealed, which means the burner's fire can't go outsides.
2.Fan keeps blowing cool air until the chamber temperature reduces to a certain number.
No smoke-
1.The chamber's chimney connector is 100% sealed with asbestos pads and flanges. So there is impossible to smoke leakage indoors.
2.With the correct setting, the heater can have no smoke outdoor as well.

Kingwei Oil Heater Test (VI)- What's the smoke temp
We first tested the smoke temperature on 30th April 2020. Four minutes the smoke temp rise from 31 to 260 Celsius. The rising

We took this second video on 22nd March 2021, in which the heater has an updated smoke construction. You can see that the smoke temp rises from 31 to only 140 celsius in the same four minutes, which means smoke has a slower pass speed, which leads to less heat loss. The heater's current heat efficiency is around 90%.

Kingwei Oil Heater Test (VII)- How the air compressor works
Test result, The compressed air, raise from 0 to 7bar, takes two minutes.
Each working period uses 2 bar compressed air, which takes one minute 30 seconds—thirty seconds to raise compressed air from 5-7 bar, the left one minutes for burner's consumption. After compressed air reduces to 5bar, the air compressor starts to work again.

Description, When the room’s temperature(near the hot air outlet

Test result,
The first three minutes, room’s temperature rases 6℃, from 19℃ to 35℃
The ice block can still see its shape.
From the fourth minutes to the eighth minute, the room’s temperature rases 10℃, from 40 to 50℃.
The ice block still melts, sleeks and becomes smaller.
From the ninth minutes to the final 14th minutes 30 seconds, room’s temperature rases 4℃, from 54℃ to 58℃
The ice block can’t see its shape anymore and melt completely to water.
It takes 14 minutes 30 seconds to melt 200g ice block completely. Waste engine oil consumption is 1.75L.

We tested the heater in a 34sq.m(6.1*5.64m), 3.4-meter height, unsealed workshop
Test day’s weather is sunny and windy.
Temp is 15-21℃
The test date is the 29th-30th of April 2020.
Fuel: waste engine oil
