The OBD2 Scanner Oscillator frequency is 24mhz.
The product is not PIC18F25K80, it support ATPPS commands and can be used with FORSCAN, but it does not guarantee that all functions on this software can be used. (FORSCAN is a software specially used to change some ECU parameters of Ford cars.)

ELM327 V1.5 BT4.0 is mainly used to read the data of car engine and emissions, diagnostic car engine trouble, and erase trouble codes. It is small size, highest chip integration, Passed CE, FCC, and RoHS certification.

How to Use the OBD II Scanner

1. Keep the key in the Lock , plug the OBD II adapter to the car OBD II port. The OBD interface may located in different place for different vehicle models. (Generally located on the underside of the dashboard on the driver's side of the car, or above the accelerator pedal).

2. Download the app: Scan the QR code on the box or manually enter "www.elm327.com". Recommend "Torque" for Android.

3. Start the vehicle, enable BT of your smart device, and pair with OBDII. (For Android: pairing code is 1234 or 0000).

4. Open the app and choose OBDII as the BT device to connect.

5. After connecting to BT, you can add a dashboard according to your needs, OBDII will read data and diagnose vehicles for you.
