1. Can be used as a substitute for DOP, especially for plasticizing paste, good viscosity stability
2. Used as cold-resistant plasticizer
3. Used as fixing agent and plasticizer for gas chromatography.
4. Used as the main plasticizer for plastics, widely used in PVC products.
5. This product is the most widely used plasticizer, except cellulose acetate, polyvinyl acetate, and the vast majority of synthetic resins and rubbers used in industry have good compatibility. It has good comprehensive performance, good mixing performance, high plasticizing efficiency, low volatility, good low-temperature flexibility, resistance to water extraction, high electrical performance, good heat resistance and weather resistance. As a main plasticizer, it is widely used in the processing of various soft products of PVC, such as films, sheets, artificial leather, cable materials and molded products. It is non-toxic and can be used in packaging materials in contact with food, but it is not suitable for fatty food packaging materials because it is easy to be extracted by fat. It can also be used in nitrocellulose lacquer to make the lacquer film elastic with higher tensile strength. In a variety of synthetic rubber, the product also has a good softening effect. In addition, DOP is also used as a condensate, abrasive agent, organic solvents, gas chromatography fixative.
