* Our soft pads serve as an interface pad between the sandpaper and the backing plate at the sanding machine.
* Made from special foam, particularly soft and flexible. The foam interface bends around curves like a sanding sponge.
* As a connect surface, the soft pad has Hook and Loop on one side for attaching the sanding disc. The velor on the other side is used for attachment to the support plate or hand sanding block.
* Compatible with all common sanding machines from Mirka, 3M, Festool, Makita, Bosch, Hilti, Fein, Dewalt, Sia, Kress and other electric sander or air sander.

Interface pads are most frequently used with DA pads to provide a softer surface They will attach to any pad with standard hook & loop surface (3M Hookit yes, Hookit II no). The disc side is offered in either PSA or hook & loop. The foam is 1/2" thick in a medium soft density. Hook & loop pads have a hook surface to accept all standard sanding discs.
