Structure:
Bucket elevator is mostly designed in Z shape, Vertical type.
Function:
This style of bucket elevator is used to elevate a variety of bulk materials from the floor up to the high place.
Application:
Suitable for conveying the granule type, flake type, block type, strip type of solid products, such as chips, snacks, biscuits, candy, chocolate, seeds, nuts, dry fruits, rice, sugar… and so on.
Matching:
It’s integrated with multihead weigher and vertical type or rotary type of packaging machine as a complete of packaging system.
1:Z-shape Vertical lifting helps save the floor space and reduce the power cost.
2:It has the advantage of transporting large bulk materials and lifting to the higher place.
3:The buckets to contain the materials can avoid scattering.
4:Enclosed frame can prevent dust or any other outside harmful substances touching the inside food.
5:Stainless steel or carbon steel for option.
It consists of:

(such bucket is white color, food grade PP material, flat or dimple surface)
A double strand chain to carry the buckets
(stainless steel chain or carbon steel chain for option)
Motor to drive the chain wheel
