1. All of our fishing & working boats are made of Marine-grade aluminum 5083-h116 with China Ship Classification Society (CCS) .
2. Welding Specification :
1) TIG and MIG are to be adopted for this boat.
2) The ultrasonic inspection is to be carried out for the cross joint of the seam and other important places.
3) From 5083-H116 material to welding wires to welding use gas & experienced qualified welders.
4) The bottom is a double-bottom system constructed on the longitudinal framing system.
5) Solid floors will be provided at every frame station, the side transverse frames will be fitted at a space of 500mm.

2) The underfloor fuel tank with cutoff valves and fuel inspection hose with heavy-duty fuel hoses.
