Cautions for Crawler Pin Disassembly and Assembly Machine:

1. In order to install and operate the three screw properly, the press must keep the level and adjust the length uniformly.

2. No correction mode is allowed in operation of the machine.

3. Hydraulic oil is N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil or N46 low pour point hydraulic oil, which is filtered by 80-100 mesh screen. The first oil change time should not exceed two months, and then every six months.

4. After 200 hours of operation, the cleanliness of oil should be checked, and no odor should be required. A drop of oil should be dripped on the white filter paper. There is no ink stain within the center of the oil stain, otherwise oil should be changed.

5. Presses shall not be overloaded; they shall not be unbalanced.

6. If accidental leakage occurs in the system, sufficient hydraulic oil should be added after eliminating the failure to ensure that the oil level is above 80%.

7. Check the cleanliness of pumping stations and fuel tanks regularly, and prohibit water, dust and foreign bodies from entering the fuel tanks.

8. If the conversion function is changed, the air in the system should be exhausted before it can work.

9. If there is any abnormality in commissioning and work, stop immediately for inspection.

10. Pressure retention for 10 minutes allows 2.5 Mpa depressurization.

11. When the hydraulic system hits the high pressure, it is strictly forbidden to knock on the parts, so as to avoid the danger of bursting or parts popping up.

12. In the process of strengthening pressure, the hydraulic pump station should pay close attention to the digital change of pressure gauge, especially when the piston stroke is about to be in place. If the maximum pressure shows that 60MPA is in place, immediately hit the reversing valve to the middle or another outlet. Do not let the tubing and cylinder in high pressure for a long time. Otherwise, it will shorten the service life of the product!

13. When disassembling, we must pay attention to the surrounding environment, otherwise the disassembled pin may shoot injuries.

14. In the process of pressurization, it is found that the direction of pin ejection deviates. Pressure should be stopped immediately and the position distance of bolts on the fixing rod of disassembly and assembly base should be adjusted. After balance, continue to pressurize in order to prevent pin bullets flying injuries.
