MTW raymond mill introduction

Application of MTW raymond mill:

MTW raymond mill can be used to process all kinds of non-explosive mineral materials with the mosh hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 7%, which is the perfect choice for the materials such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, limestone, talc, ceramics, marble, granite, dolomite, bauxite, iron ore, baritone, bentonite, coal gangue, coal and so on, and the fineness of finished products can be adjusted between 0.18mm-0.015mm (80 mesh - 800mesh).

1.Transmission mode
The bevel gear replaces the traditional reducer as the transmission component of the grinding roller assembly. The structure is compact, easy to install, and the efficiency is greatly improved.

2. Thin oil lubrication system, advanced and reliable.
Thin oil lubrication replaces traditional grease lubrication to lubricate main shaft bearings and bevel gear bearings, ensuring smooth operation of the equipment and extending service life.

3. Curved air duct has better material flow
The arc-shaped air intake is smoother and the risk of material clogging is reduced to zero. It makes the overall internal pneumatic system smoother, improves the milling efficiency, and results in higher output.

4. One machine can be used for multiple purposes, making investment economical. A variety of powder separator types are available.
The analysis machine adopts frequency conversion control, and the speed adjustment is more precise. According to the customer's requirements for the fineness of the finished powder, a disc type powder separator and a cage type powder separator can be used.
It can produce 80-425 mesh ordinary powder and 200-1000 mesh fine powder.

5. The connection method of the powder separator host. Instead of traditional rubber pads and spring connections, soft rubber snap-on connections are used. It further ensures the overall airtight structure, reduces noise and reduces energy consumption.

The overall milling principle is the same as that of traditional Raymond mill.
The central shaft is driven by the reducer to rotate. The upper end of the shaft is connected to a plum blossom frame. The grinding roller device is installed on the frame and forms a swing fulcrum. The grinding roller device not only rotates around the central axis, but the grinding roller itself rotates due to friction. Closely following the revolution of the grinding ring, the lower end of the plum blossom frame is equipped with a shovel system. The shovel throws up the material and feeds it between the grinding rollers and the grinding rings to form a cushion layer. This layer of material is subject to the outward centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the grinding roller ( That is, the extrusion force) crushes the material, thereby achieving the purpose of milling.
